WHAT’S THE PERFECT MORNING FOR YOU? 

I like to use the first 90 minutes of my day to feel my soul, mind and body, before the world demands my time and energy. So my morning usually involves: yoga, meditation, exercising, reading and writing. 

HOW DO YOU WIND DOWN AFTER A BUSY WEEK?

I love spending time with loved ones. I will usually spend my evenings with my wife, watching TV or sending each other memes sitting 10 steps away from each other. On the weekends, I spend time with friends and family. And there’s usually soccer involved: watching, playing or coaching.

HOW DO YOU FLEX YOUR EMPATHY MUSCLES?

Empathy starts with self-inquiry and the ability to suspend our judgment to listen to each other, so meditation is a big tool for me. I also like to cross the boundaries of my reality through traveling or seeking others’ stories, opinions and worldviews. Lastly, I believe writing is a great tool to enhance our ability to empathize with others.
